Refunds & Returns 

We do not do refunds or returns for change of mind.

If an item is to be returned, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If your items arrive damaged or defective, we will endeavor to replace them with the exact same item upon receiving proof of the damage. Please contact us on hello@heatandheartstrings.com.au.

In some instances where an item is damaged due to mishandling by Australis Post, we may recommend a claim through them. In this situation refunds cannot be sent until the claim is approved.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. It is your responsibility to make sure your delivery address is correct and secure.
